Life is some crazy, crazy ride, you know?
Anyhow, my life has been absolutely insane since after Christmas (gee, go figure with my last journal entry here being from December...hmm.) Anyhow.
Prison Break returned, my life was full of fanfiction and slashy goodness. But it is not posted here, it is posted someplace else. If you find it, wonderful! But please, keep that location secret. I'd rather not mix my scotch with my soda if you get my drift.

Well, Peter Jackson once again proves that it is the director that makes the movie. I've already seen 'Chronicles of Narnia', just because they made such a hype about how their special effects rivalled Lord of the Rings. That was just a marketing ploy to get people like me to go.
I am not a fan of CGI and over used animations, even (or, especially) in epic movies. It draws away from the heart of the story for a few splashy effects. However, Jackson knows exactly how to use the CGI&A to his advantage and he, honestly, made me forget that I was looking at a fake Kong.* The man does his research and he knows what he wants, and it shows.
